After a full day of heavy rain, lightning, thunder, and crazy winds, the clouds opened up and the sun lit up the sky long enough pull the camera out.\u00a0Of course the action had been hot all day, and everyone was ripping the bump up in swell.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The stand out surfer of the 15 Minutes of Sunshine Session was Ryo Kobayashi, who was making every fin throw and reverse look easy. This young gun has an original approach to his turns and surfs with tons of flare.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
